All rooms are air-conditioned with cold or hot air, depending on the season and the outside temperature.

We inform you that for its proper functioning and to aid in our Environmental Plan, the doors and windows of your room have a magnetic detection system; in case of finding any of them open, the air conditioning will not be activated. Therefore, if you wish to use this service, please check that your doors and windows are properly closed.

If you require assistance, please contact the Customer Service Department at extension 300 and remember that for the air conditioning or heating to work, the key must remain inserted in the reader on the wall, located at the entrance to your room.

The voltage inside the Augusta Eco Wellness Resort facilities is 230V. If you need power adapters or transformers, please do not hesitate to contact the Reception Department (building nº1) or the Customer Service Department (building nº2).
